Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities between COZERU and users in connection with games, applications, websites and related services provided by COZERU.

2. Definitions

“Service” means games and related content provided by COZERU. “User” means a person who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service. “Paid Content” means digital content purchased for a fee. “Game Data” means information generated through use, including progress and virtual items.

3. Company Information

Service provider: COZERU. Representative: Sohn Jeong-gwan. Contact: support@cozeru.com. Business registration, business address and mail-order sales registration information will be displayed when finalized and where legally required.

4. Effect and Application of Terms

These Terms become effective when displayed in the Service or on the website and accepted by the user. Users who install, access or use the Service are subject to these Terms and applicable operating policies.

5. Changes to Terms

COZERU may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable law. Material changes will be announced with the effective date and reason in advance. Changes unfavorable to users will be announced with the notice period required by law.

6. Other Rules and Operating Policies

Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by applicable laws, app-store policies and separately announced operating policies. If an operating policy conflicts with these Terms, these Terms prevail unless applicable law provides otherwise.

7. Formation and Restrictions

The service agreement is formed when a user accepts these Terms and the company approves use. COZERU may limit approval where false information is provided, technical interference is attempted, a prior restriction is evaded, or use would violate law or platform policy.

8. Guest Use and Game Data

Some services may be used without a registered account. Guest game data may be stored only on the device and can be permanently lost if the app is deleted, the device is changed or reset, or local data is damaged. COZERU cannot restore data that was not linked or backed up where it is technically impossible to do so.

9. Use by Minors

Minors must obtain consent from a legal representative where required. A purchase made without required consent may be cancelled under applicable law, except where the minor deceived the company regarding consent or used property permitted for disposal.

10. Provision of Service

COZERU provides the Service during the announced operating period. The Service may require a compatible device, network connection, platform account or updated version. Network charges are the user's responsibility.

11. Changes and Temporary Suspension

COZERU may change or temporarily suspend all or part of the Service for maintenance, updates, security, platform requirements, network failure, force majeure or operational necessity. When reasonably possible, the reason and duration will be announced in advance.

12. Termination of Service

If the Service is terminated, COZERU will generally provide at least 30 days' prior notice and operate an inquiry or refund channel as required by law. Treatment of unused Paid Content will follow applicable law, platform policy and the announced termination plan.

13. Purchase and Payment

Paid Content may be offered through Google Play, Apple App Store or another platform. Product name, price and conditions shown on the purchase screen form part of the transaction. Payment processing and some refund procedures are governed by the platform's policy.

14. Randomized Items

If COZERU offers randomized items, acquisition probabilities and other legally required information will be disclosed before sale. COZERU does not represent an unconfirmed randomized-item feature as currently available.

15. Withdrawal and Refunds

Users may request withdrawal or refund within the period and under the conditions prescribed by applicable law. Withdrawal may be restricted for content already used, immediately consumed, partially consumed, or provided free of charge, where advance notice of the restriction was given. Platform purchases may need to be requested through the applicable app store.

16. Refund of Overpayments

If an overpayment occurs due to COZERU's fault, the full amount will be refunded using the original payment method where possible. If caused by the user, reasonable costs required for the refund may be deducted to the extent permitted by law.

17. Free Content and Game Currency

Free content, promotional items and non-purchased game currency may be changed or withdrawn according to service operation needs unless prohibited by law. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged outside methods expressly provided by COZERU.

18. Obligations of COZERU

COZERU complies with applicable laws and these Terms, makes reasonable efforts to provide a stable service, protects personal information, and operates a channel for legitimate user inquiries and complaints.

19. Obligations of Users

Users must not infringe rights, disrupt operation or use the Service unlawfully.

• Using illegal programs, macros, bots, automation tools or unauthorized modifications
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, scraping or extracting service data without authorization
• Exploiting bugs, vulnerabilities or payment systems, or sharing exploitation methods
• Impersonating another person, making fraudulent payments or trading accounts and virtual items outside approved methods
• Uploading or transmitting unlawful, harmful or rights-infringing content

20. Restrictions on Use

COZERU may warn, suspend, limit or terminate use in proportion to a violation. Serious violations involving fraud, security, illegal programs or repeated abuse may result in immediate restriction. Paid Content will be handled in accordance with law and the nature of the violation.

21. Appeals

A user may appeal a restriction by contacting support@cozeru.com with information sufficient to identify the relevant use and decision. COZERU will review the request and notify the user of the result within a reasonable period.

22. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, characters, artwork, music, text and trademarks, belong to COZERU or its licensors. Users receive only a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms.

23. App Stores and External Services

Installation, payment, cancellation and account functions provided by an app store or external platform may be subject to that provider's terms and technical limitations. COZERU is not responsible for an external provider's independent acts, except where responsibility is imposed by law.

24. Advertising and External Links

The Service may display advertisements or links to third-party services. Third parties are responsible for their own content and transactions. COZERU will identify advertising where required and will not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

25. Privacy

COZERU processes personal information in accordance with applicable law and the separately published Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available at /privacy.

26. Liability and Disclaimer

COZERU is responsible for damage caused by its intent or negligence as provided by law. COZERU is not liable for service failure caused by force majeure, the user's device or network, platform failure, user misconduct, or loss of unlinked guest data where COZERU is not at fault. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

27. Notices, Disputes and Governing Law

Notices may be provided through the Service, website, platform message or email. Users may contact support@cozeru.com to resolve inquiries or disputes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and jurisdiction follows the applicable civil procedure and consumer protection laws.

Addendum

These Terms are announced on July 13, 2026 and take effect on July 25, 2026.
