
COZERU values your trust. This document explains our standards clearly and in accordance with applicable laws of the Republic of Korea.
1. Purpose of Processing Personal Information
COZERU processes personal information only to provide and operate its games and services, manage purchases and refunds, respond to inquiries, prevent unauthorized use, maintain service security, analyze errors, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use personal information beyond these purposes without a lawful basis or the user's consent.
2. Personal Information We Process
The following information may be generated or collected while you use the service. Payment method details are processed by the app store or payment platform and are not collected directly by COZERU.
- Platform-issued user identifier, access date and time
- Game/app version, installation platform, operating system, device model and IP address
- Game usage, error and crash logs, and records of unauthorized use
- Paid content purchase, cancellation and refund records
- For customer inquiries: email address, inquiry details and attachments
3. Retention Period
Personal information is deleted without delay when its processing purpose has been fulfilled. Information required by applicable law is retained only for the legally required period, and purchase, refund, dispute and unauthorized-use records may be retained for the period necessary to protect users and resolve disputes.
4. Provision to Third Parties
COZERU does not provide personal information to third parties in principle. We may provide it only with prior consent, when required by law, or when urgently necessary to protect life or safety as permitted by law. If third-party provision becomes necessary, we will disclose the recipient, purpose, items and retention period in advance.
5. Entrustment of Processing
COZERU may entrust limited processing to infrastructure, app-store, payment, email or customer-support providers necessary to operate the service. We supervise contractors through appropriate agreements and security requirements. The list will be updated before any new contractor processes user information.
6. Overseas Transfer
If a cloud, app-store or email service located outside Korea is used, information may be transferred overseas to provide the service. Before an actual transfer, COZERU will disclose the recipient, country, transfer date and method, items, purpose, retention period, and available refusal method as required by law.
7. Additional Use or Provision
When determining whether information may be additionally used or provided without separate consent, COZERU considers the relationship to the original purpose, predictability, impact on the user, and whether safeguards such as pseudonymization or encryption have been applied.
8. Rights of Users and Legal Representatives
Users and their legal representatives may request access, correction, deletion, suspension of processing, or withdrawal of consent by contacting support@cozeru.com. COZERU will verify the requester and respond without undue delay in accordance with applicable law. Rights may be restricted where retention is required by law.
9. Children Under 14
COZERU does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14 without the consent of a legal representative. If such information is identified, we will take appropriate steps, including verification of consent or deletion.
10. Destruction of Personal Information
Information whose retention period has expired or whose purpose has been fulfilled is destroyed without delay. Electronic records are permanently deleted using methods that prevent recovery, and paper records are shredded or incinerated. Information retained by law is stored separately.
11. Security Measures
COZERU applies reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including access control, least-privilege management, encryption where appropriate, security updates, log monitoring, employee education and secure deletion procedures.
12. Automatically Collected Information
Device and usage information may be collected automatically to operate, secure and improve the service. COZERU currently does not describe any unconfirmed personalized advertising SDK as active. If behavioral advertising or a new analytics SDK is introduced, this policy and available opt-out instructions will be updated before use.

14. Remedies for Privacy Infringement
Users may seek consultation or relief through Korea's Personal Information Infringement Report Center, Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee, Korean National Police Agency, or other competent authorities.
15. Changes to This Policy
This policy is announced on July 13, 2026 and takes effect on July 25, 2026. Material changes will be announced through the service or website before they take effect. Previous versions will remain available where required.
